We are delighted to share our emerging proposals for a vibrant mixed-use development at 1-5 Upton Lane. The plans would bring forward up to 35 high-quality new homes alongside a flexible community space, helping to breathe new life into an underused site with a sustainable location. We aim to create a place where people can live, learn and connect.
The purpose-built community space will be on the ground floor of our proposals and will operate as a multi-functional facility providing long-term benefits for Forest Gate and the wider Newham community.
